Montefalco Rosso DOC 2015 has the following characteristics:
PRODUCTION TECHNIQUE:
The handpicked grapes are carefully selected, placed in cases and transported to the winery straight away, where they are destemmed. The must is made and the natural fermentation process proceeds at a controlled temperature with repeated pumping. Once the maceration of the grape skins is complete, the racking takes place and then the wine is aged in small French wooden barrels for approximately 12 months. Finally, the wine is blended and bottled without undergoing a mechanical filtration.
