The Stringozzi with Truffle 250g is an artisanal pasta that can be perfectly paired with our delicious Truffle Sauce 200g, from the Elite Line, to make a traditional first course specialty from our region.

Preparation time: approximately 15-20 minutes
Ingredients: Durum wheat flour, water, egg whites, dried porcini mushrooms, summer truffle (tuber aestivum vitt.) 1%, salt, 100% natural flavourings.
