Description: The Truffle Sauce 200g was the first to be created by the second generation in the 1970s.
Gabriella and Domenico Olivieri wanted to recreate a genuine truffle & mushroom sauce, flavourful and delicious, the traditional Umbrian way.
It was initially sold in the historic shop on via Mazzini 66 in Foligno. Then, its popularity spread through country fairs and national events.
The Truffle Sauce 200g has always been the flagship of D.O.S. Truffle Specialities.
Ingredients: Italian champignon mushrooms (agaricus bisporus), extra virgin olive oil, Umbrian summer truffle (tuber aestivum vitt) 10%, parsley, salt, garlic, natural flavourings.
Instructions for use: Delicious on toasted bread, pasta, rice, meat, eggs and pizza.
Produced in a plant that also processes milk and milk products, soy, nuts and sulfites.
Packaging: Classic airtight jar, convenient and reusable, in order to preserve the product perfectly, even after opening.
