A very versatile Rosè made exclusively with Sagrantino grapes harvested by hand. Gentle pressing takes place within 6 hours of picking. The primary fermentation unfolds slowly, at a controlled temperature to preserve the primary aromas. The secondary fermentation and sitting on the lees occurs in accordance with the Traditional Method by natural fermentation in the bottle for at least 18 months.
