More that great red wines can come from the Sagrantino vineyards. Through white fermentation, it is an original base for the for the sparkling Traditional Method Scacciadiavoli Spumante Brut. The characteristics of the wine reveal themselves in new ways: the bouquet is fresh and delicate and the typical Sagrantino tannins contribute to the structure joining the bubbles.
